About Me

Hi, my name is Mrs. Caitlin Wasilko and I am a 2nd grade teacher here at St. Angela Merici Parish School.

I grew up in Westpark and Middleburg Heights, Ohio where I attended St. Vincent de Paul and I went to Midpark High School.

After graduating from college, I lived in Atlanta, Georgia where I had my two children, Ellison and Brendan. We lived briefly in St. Paul, Minnesota before moving back to Cleveland. We now live in Bay Village and I feel very blessed to have a huge extended family.

I love fashion & interior design. I also love to travel. My favorite vacation was when I went to Paris. I visited the Eiffel Tower, ate the best French cuisines, shopped the Champs-Elysees and enjoyed all of the historical architecture and art.

My Education

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood (Pre-K-3), and my Master’s in Reading (Pre-K-12) at Bowling Green State University. I also earned my Generalists Endorsement (4-5) from Walsh University.

What do you love about SAM

I love seeing the kids’ smiles as they walk in the halls. I think it’s a testament to what a happy and positive community we have at SAM.

I also am involved with Girls On The Run.
